A Contemporary Mediterranean coastal style dwelling overlooking Carbis Bay, St Ives.

We were tasked with demolishing the existing house, designing a new open plan 3 storey dwelling, obtaining planning approval and managing the construction of the new circa 7000sqft property on a steep rail side site. The scope involved creating a bright, open plan accommodation maximising views out to sea whilst simultaneously proving links to the landscaped gardens and woodland at all levels making best use of the steep gradient.
