Alteration and extension
An extensive refurbishment, redesign, and extension to this 1960s dwelling in the conservation area.
The existing property was poorly arranged and far from the family home the owners had envisaged. Multiple extensions to the side and rear elevation were added with a new single office in place of the existing garage to the front elevation.
The property’s fenestration was redesigned with the envelope updated and modernised using timber cladding, timber windows and a two-tone render.
