New Dwelling

A new build eco timber framed dwelling on a tight site.

We were approached to assist in the design, planning and construction information for a passive house standard new dwelling on a tight site in Bristol.

The existing triangular plot faced access and overlooking issues with neighbouring properties. These were worked through to create an exciting and contemporary design, providing a sense of privacy and tranquillity.
