A 2-phase development in Portishead obtaining planning and preparing construction packages to take the project to site.

Phase 1 consisted of an office conversion to form 22No. 1 bed flats with phase 2 being a collection of 9No. 1 and 2 bed new build units arranged over 3 floors.
